Pembedaan penyebutan hanya utk gaya-gayaan saja. Padahal kalau kita merujuk ke bahasa asalnya, bahasa inggris, ketiga tipe pembimbing ini memang nyatanya berbeda.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\" agni-image custom-image-container text-center\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"\" width=\"429\" height=\"414\" src=\"https:\/\/ptnas.id\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/development-stylesfcad.png\" class=\"fullwidth-image attachment-full  attachment-full\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ptnas.id\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/development-stylesfcad.png 429w, https:\/\/ptnas.id\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/development-stylesfcad-300x290.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 429px) 100vw, 429px\" \/><\/div><\/div>[vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-size: large;\">\ud835\udc02\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc21<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lebih banyak memberi inspirasi \/ membuka cakrawala berpikir<\/li>\n<li>Bersifat umum, menjangkau banyak orang<\/li>\n<li>Memotivasi dan berfokus pada masa depan<\/li>\n<li>Biasanya tampil dengan dandanan rapi, elegant\/lux, menunjukkan kesuksesan dan keberhasilan<\/li>\n<li>Banyak mengadakan seminar dengan durasi singkat 1 &#8211; 3 hari\u00a0sebagai door opener untuk masuk dalam sesi\u00a0<em>private coaching<\/em>\u00a0yang lebih panjang dan lebih mahal<\/li>\n<li>Kamu harus memiliki disiplin diri yg tinggi untuk bisa mengaplikasikan ilmunya, karena Coach tdk mendampingi kamu, hanya memberikan inspirasi dan panduan dasar<\/li>\n<li>Ilmunya didapat dari ketekunannya membaca buku, mengikuti pelatihan, sertifikasi, dan mencari benang merah dari semuanya, dan memformulasikannya menjadi sesuatu yg menarik dan berguna bagi\u00a0banyak orang<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\ud835\udc0c\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2b<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ilmunya spesifik, ahli dalam 1 atau beberapa bidang saja<\/li>\n<li>Biasanya kaya raya dan sukses dari bidang yang ia tekuni<\/li>\n<li>Mentor umumnya tidak jualan seminar, bahkan lebih suka ngobrol daripada bicara di panggung<\/li>\n<li>Kamu perlu meminta, jika ingin beliau utk jadi mentormu<\/li>\n<li>Terkadang kamu harus bersedia kerja tanpa dibayar untuk belajar langsung ilmu yang beliau miliki<\/li>\n<li>Mentor biasanya tidak mengadakan seminar, langsung on-the-job training dan bisa berlangsung berbulan-bulan<\/li>\n<li>Ilmunya didapat dari pengalaman, bahkan mungkin beliau bukan bergelar Doktor atau Master, tapi tetap luar biasa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\ud835\udc13\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mirip seperti guru atau dosen jika di institusi formal<\/li>\n<li>Sangat terstruktur dan sistematis dalam membagikan ilmunya<\/li>\n<li>Biasanya menjual training, paling singkat 3 &#8211; 5 hari, bahkan trainer olah raga atau program sertifikasi bisa sampai berbulan-bulan<\/li>\n<li>Trainer mendampingi para trainee nya untuk belajar, menyelesaikan semua materinya, sampai berhasil<\/li>\n<li>Bisa jadi tidak kaya raya, passionnya memang mengajar, membagikan ilmu, bukan memperkaya diri<\/li>\n<li>Ilmunya didapat dari kombinasi pengalaman dan pelajaran yang didapatkan dari program sertifikasi yang diikuti sebelumnya<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u200bDemikian kira-kira semoga bisa membantu, supaya tidak asal manggil Coach.. Coach.. Jujur, saya kadang risih kalau dipanggil Coach, karena saya sebenarnya seorang Konsultan &amp; Researcher. Nah lho.. Apalagi tuh?
