Saya ada memberikan konsultasi dimana pebisnisnya tidak sabaran dan prinsip ekonominya ketat banget, &#8220;resources sehemat mungkin, growth setinggi mungkin.&#8221; Lha.. Mana bisa?<\/p>\n<p>Lihat saja pribadi atau perusahan sukses itu mereka USAHA keras bertahun-tahun untuk mencapai posisi sekarang. Lha ini baru setahun sudah bilang, &#8220;you underperformed, bye!&#8221; lalu hire orang baru, setahun ganti lagi, terus saja sampai orang ke-5, dan berhasilll&#8230; Yeayy&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Berarti orang ke-5 ini hebat? Belum tentu.. Itu sudah 5 orang x 1 tahun berarti total WAKTU nya sudah 5 tahun. Ya wajar kalau berhasil.<br \/>\n&#8220;Tapi saya gak mau nunggu 5 tahun, Mas.. Keburu bubar usahanya.&#8221;<br \/>\nYa kalau gitu hire 5 orang, kan jadinya 5 USAHA x 1 WAKTU = 1 USAHA x 5 WAKTU.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kurang, Mas.. Harus lebih cepat lagi!&#8221;<br \/>\nNah kalau gitu tambah satu faktor lagi, yaitu DOA. Jangan cuma doa satu orang, tapi doa banyak orang. Karena itu coba check, apa bisnismu berdampak positif untuk banyak orang? Supaya mereka juga ikut doain! Atau CSR nya digerakkan..
