\"\"<\/div><\/div>[vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]Masih teringat jelas, kejadian beberapa tahun silam. Team saya meminta didampingi untuk bertemu dengan pimpinan customer yang katanya sudah naik pitam karena ulah team project kami.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kami segera berdiskusi untuk menggali akar masalah dan memutuskan beberapa alternatif sebagai amunisi saat bertemu customer. Berhubung kami ini engineering company, solusi2nya lebih banyak bersifat teknis.<\/p>\n

Hari pengadilan tiba, kami duduk di kursi pesakitan dimana customer yang buas siap menerkam kami. Saya mempersilahkan customer mengungkapkan semua uneg2nya.<\/p>\n

Anehnya.. Saya tidak menemukan hal teknis dalam concern sang pimpinan. Karena itu saya ubah haluan, ganti layar.. Kami sampaikan bahwa kami paham dan siap mendukung cita-cita sang pimpinan.<\/p>\n

Akhir cerita, kami mendapatkan kembali kepercayaan sang pimpinan, malah pulang membawa tambahan order.<\/p>\n

Setiap customer itu unik, punya motif atau kepentingan pribadi masing-masing.
\nDengarkan mereka satu persatu, dukung dan bantu wujudkan cita-citanya.
\nNiscaya kamu dapatkan kepercayaan dan order darinya.<\/p>\n
